Last week we had the pleasure of rocking on the Chicago Tribune’s streaming radio talk show Chicago Live! Guests included Homaru Cantu (Moto), Tavi Gevinson (Rookie Mag), Ian Shrager (Public Hotels & Pump Room), and Second City actors. Thanks again to everyone for making it a memorable night.
Just in case you haven’t seen it yet here’s a quick video recap of what you missed, enjoy.
A Game We Play
With the holidays in full swing and Christmas just a couple of days away, we thought what better time to give our fans a gift then now. Above is a short video we recently shot for the title track from the ‘Thank You Thank You’ EP.
If by chance you still didn’t get the EP yet, it’s currently available @ iTunes and is the perfect way to tell a friend that they are loved and appreciated all year round.
Merry Christmas!

Here’s some behind the scenes footage we shot over the last year that includes our trip down to SXSW 2011 and the making of our “Thank You Thank You” album with Matt Walker. Basically it’s just us messing around, playing shows, and genuinely enjoying life.

The amazing Garth Trinidad, from KCRW in LA, is now featuring our music on his radio show Chocolate City. If your not familiar with him already you should definitely get acquainted and stream his show online, he’s one of the best on the airwaves!
After singing and playing our hearts out to the good folks in the U-S-of-A, we are now back home. First and foremost we would like to thank all of our new friends for coming out to the shows and to our old friends who were so gracious to host us once again. Both tours changed us for the better and we are now ready to share our metamorphisis with our home town.
We will be heading out to Valpo, IN today to record a Live at the Alley session which will air on Lakeshore PBS in the near future (date and time to follow). Then in honor of 11-11-11 we will be joining forces with our friends from Q4 to play a good old fashion Chicago party. We’ll keep you posted on all the details but if your gonna be in the city you should plan on coming out to kick it with us.
Also, don’t forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter for more updates.
Love.

I See Angels
Now that we’ve been in LA for the whole week we must admit, we really dig it here. From the great food, to the beautiful weather and amazing friends we’ve made along the way, it’s been one great night after another. Here goes just a few of the places we’ve been to and some of the wonderful things we’ve seen.
Tonight we’re in SF for a show @ Brainwash Cafe (1122 Folsom St.) with Headboggle and Coffis Brothers, doors open @ 8pm sharp.
Yesterday was finally a much needed day off and a drive south from Weaverville to LA that took us about 10 hours total. But just because we spent most of the day in the car listening to slow jams and clowning doesn’t mean we didn’t stop for a little extra fun.
While driving by MT. Shasta we saw this amazingly beautiful lake and happened to notice a few kids who had set up a rope swing under the bridge. After some brief discussion, Solomon who had never been on a rope swing before, decided that he would be the daring one and take the plunge. As you can see in the last pic, he faired pretty well for a newbie and stayed cool in the best way possible.
